Single cell transcriptomics and bioinformatics

We provide easy access to advanced methodology for study of gene expression (RNA sequencing) and epigenetic regulation (ATAC sequencing) at the population and single cell level, including sequencing on various different high-end platforms as well as bioinformatic analysis of the data generated. We also continue to invest into optimization of single cell omics technology and implementing novel developments. Emphasis here is on two technologies: Multiomics single cell sequencing approaches using the 10X Genomics platform and Sci-3 methodology to boost the number of cells per experiment for best statistical power and to reduce the cost per single cell analysis . These methods can be expected to further revolutionize immunology as they enable comprehensive identification of all subpopulations within a lineage and monitoring of their plastic differentiation in the course of immune responses.
